Trip to Peru- (12) Parque Kennedy in Miraflores

Located in the heart of Miraflores, this charming park offers a variety of street food vendors, artisan shops selling handmade crafts, and a space for locals to exchange collectible cards. During my visit, I witnessed people enjoying the park's relaxed atmosphere, as well as the presence of some friendly wild cats. One of the most notable features of the park is the colorful blue bull statue, which is a beloved symbol of good luck for Peruvians and can be found in many souvenir shops throughout Lima.

Trip to Peru- (10) San Francisco, Lima

The centuries-old San Francisco Monastery in Lima boasts impressive Spanish Baroque architecture, a collection of 25,000 antique books, and the famous catacombs. Visitors can view human bones and artifacts dating back to 1774 in the catacombs, which were crypts that served members of Catholic associations. Photography is restricted in most parts of the monastery, but limited photos of the catacombs are allowed. The San Francisco Monastery is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Lima.
