A brief visit to Myanmar
There were no problem crossing the border from Thailand to Myanmar if you pay a certain amount of fee. The locals will take you on a “Tuk Tuk” car to travel around the town: visit a temple watching where you watch local woman chatting with a little book in their hand; visiting a local family, a young girl with her baby; The local flower and food market. We got to see how people in Myanmar lives. All the girls put some white sunblock material put on their face to block the sun damage. You were required to put on a long skirt when walk around the temple.

Chiang Rai White Temple
Wat Rong Khun better known as the White Temple, is a contemporary, unconventional, privately-owned art exhibit in the style of a Buddhist temple designed by Chalermchai Kositpipat.
The bridge of "the cycle of rebirth": the main building at the white temple, the ubosot, is reached by crossing a bridge over a small lake. In front of the bridge are hundreds of outreaching hands that symbolize unrestrained desire. The bridge proclaims that the way to happiness is by foregoing temptation, greed, and desire. Next to the lake stand two very elegant Kinnaree, half-human, half-bird creatures from Buddhist mythology.
Gate of Heaven: After crossing the bridge, the visitor arrives at the "gate of heaven", guarded by two creatures representing Death and Rahu, who decides the fate of the dead. In front of the ubosot are several meditative Buddha images.
This is a place like any others!

Ayuttha Historical Park - Wat Mahathat
The Wat Mahathat is another Buddhist temple in Ayutthaya,
The iconic Buddha head in Ayutthaya is said the to be the most photographed subject.
You can find the Buddha head entangled in tree roots. All visitors to Ayutthaya go there so you need to wait a bit before you can have your picture taken. However, you can’t be above the Buddha, so you need to squat when you pose in front of it.

Ayutthaya Historical Park - Wat Chaiwatthanaram
Located across the river from the southwest side of the island, this temple is one of the larger complexes in Ayutthaya. Built in 1630 AD. the temple has an architectural style similar to that of Angkor Wat in Cambodia. In the centre of the complex is a 35 meter high prang (tower), which is surrounded by eight smaller chedis that form an inner courtyard. Stairs lead up to small alcoves at the top of each of the four sides of the prang where Buddha images used to sit, however, today the Buddha statues. The inner courtyard is lined with 120 headless and limbless Buddha statues. The two giant Bhddha some times wore clothes as seen in others photos. However they were naked at the time I visited.
