Trip to Spain and Portugal - on the way from Braga to Pinhao, Portugal (22)
As we hit the road, we encountered a mix of sunny and rainy spells. However, the occasional rain showers did not deter us from enjoying the stunning landscapes of mountains, rivers, and valleys shrouded in misty clouds. Along the way, we passed through the Douro Valley wine country, which is renowned for its world-famous wine production and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. After a long day of travel, we arrived in Aregos, a charming small town nestled along the Douro River, where we spent the night relaxing and unwinding.

Trip to Spain and Portugal- Braga, Portugal (21)
Founded by the Roman Emperor Augustus two thousand years ago, Braga is the third largest city in Portugal. During our visit, we made a stop at the iconic Bom Jesus do Monte Basilica, which is one of the most impressive landmarks in northern Portugal. This UNESCO World Heritage site boasts a unique staircase, a beautiful church, shrines, and gardens that offer a stunning panoramic view of Braga. We were fortunate enough to capture some beautiful photos, including some taken during and immediately after a rain shower, which added to the charm of this picturesque site
