The Cloud Climbing ladder - YunYang, China

It is called one of the Three Gorges Ladder City Scenic attractions. The Cloud Climbing Ladders (Ladder), which was made of stone steps that are 1388 meters long, 30 meters wide, and 1975 steps total. The vertical height difference is over 300 meters. The Ladder starts from the water front river road at the bottom of the mountain where YunYang county located and goes up to the stone Gate named Tian Xia Ti Zhen (which means heavenly city made of steps ) and ends right before reaching the summit of the mountain where Pensi City is located. The ladder was rated “the longest city herringbone ladder on earth” and was awarded the certificate by China World Records Association.

Suprise in November - Wild Flowers in YunYang, China



When all the trees had turn color and fall on the ground, all the flowers faded away in DC.  I was suprised to see these flowers blooming with their exotic colors.





LongJiLing Park, YunYang, China

Extending from the rear entrance of Penshi City in Yunyang to the mountain ridges of Double Well Village, where the Peng River and Youngzi River converge, LongJiLing, or Dragon Back Park, spans approximately 7,560 meters in length and is 150-160 meters wide. It winds its way down from Panshi City, which marks the highest point, to the confluence of the two rivers. The park's distinctive topography gives it the appearance of a colossal dragon nestled between the two rivers, hence earning its name "Dragon Back."

LongJiLing Park - Heavenly Creatures

Along the water front walk of the park, there were stone sculpted creatures along the road. Of course, these stone sculpted creatures only lived in the accent Chinese literature. The worlds on the right side of each sculpture gives a name and describes the origin of each creature.

LongJiLing Park, YunYung, China

The park is located through the mountains where the county of YunYun laid out along the bottom of them The park is about 2.5 miles long and started from the summit of the Panshi City and end at the bottom of the mountain where the two rivers met. Long in Chinese means Dragon. They are as legendary creatures celebrated through this park. The old man was training his dragons

Wanzhou City Skyline - Wanzhou, China

Wanzhou District is a city on the upper reaches of the Three Gorges of the Yangzi River in China. Wanzhou airport is located on the top of the mountain where the city is located. The airport drive near the runway provides spectacular view of the city.
