The enchantment of witnessing hot air balloons taking off at sunset lured me to this festival. However, to my disappointment, only three balloons were inflated for a quick show before being promptly dismantled. We were told no fly this evening because of wind. Nevertheless, we made the most of our time by relishing the delectable food, beer, wine, and the delightful music as we strolled around the festival grounds.
