18- Naples, Italy- The Church of San Ferinando

This is a beautiful Baroque-style church located just a short walk from both landmarks. It was built in the 18th century and dedicated to Saint Ferdinand III, who was the king of Castile and Leon in the 13th century. The Church is known for its ornate facade, impressive bell tower, and beautiful interior, which features stunning frescoes and works of art. It is a popular landmark in Naples and a must-visit destination for those interested in religious history and architecture.

17 Naples, Italy- Galleria Unberto I

 This is a public shopping gallery located directly across from the San Carlo opera house.

 Galleria Umberto I is a stunning 19th-century shopping arcade located in the heart of Naples, Italy. It was built in 1891 and named after King Umberto I of Italy. The arcade is considered one of the most beautiful shopping centers in Europe and is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.

The arcade is designed in the shape of a cross, with a glass-vaulted ceiling that is over 50 meters high. The arcade is decorated with beautiful mosaics and sculptures, and the floor is made of white marble with a black border, creating a stunning contrast.

The Galleria Umberto I is home to several shops, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques, selling everything from luxury Italian fashion to local souvenirs. There are also several famous landmarks located near the arcade, including the Teatro di San Carlo, the Royal Palace of Naples, and the Piazza del Plebiscito.

One of the highlights of the Galleria Umberto I is the central octagonal space, which is surrounded by four grand arches leading to each of the arcade's wings. At the center of the octagonal space is a beautiful bronze statue of King Umberto I, which is a popular spot for tourists taking photos.

16- Naples, Italy- Royal Palace

The Royal Palace of Naples, also known as the Palazzo Reale di Napoli in Italian, is a historic palace located in the heart of Naples, Italy. The palace was built in the early 17th century and has served as the residence of the Bourbon Kings of Naples, as well as a museum and cultural center.

The Royal Palace features a grand facade and a stunning courtyard, adorned with sculptures and fountains. The interior of the palace is equally impressive, with ornate rooms decorated with frescoes, tapestries, and antique furnishings.

The palace also contains the National Library of Naples, which houses a vast collection of books and manuscripts, as well as a museum dedicated to the history and culture of Naples.

Today, the Royal Palace of Naples is open to the public and attracts visitors from all over the world who come to marvel at its beauty and learn about the rich history of Naples and Italy.
