9-Marseille, France-parc longchamp

Longchamp Park (Parc Longchamp) is a large public park located in the heart of Marseille, France. The park covers an area of 18 hectares and was built in the 19th century. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful parks in Marseille.

The park was designed by the architect Henri-Jacques Espérandieu, designed the Palais Longchamp, a famous landmark of Marseille located within the park. The Palais Longchamp was built in the 1860s as a monument to the city's water supply, and it now houses the Museum of Fine Arts and the Natural History Museum. In addition to the Palais Longchamp, the park features beautiful gardens, fountains, and ponds. There are also several playgrounds, picnic areas, and walking paths throughout the park.

We paid a brief visit to this park and here are some photos taken there. Enjoy.
