Australia- 16) Walk Sydney Harbor Bridge

Sydney Harbour Bridge Walk: Starting from Milsons Point, walk across the Sydney Harbour Bridge using the pedestrian pathway, enjoying spectacular views of the harbour and city skyline.

Upon arrivved Circular Quay, I took a ferry from McMahons Point (F3 or F4) to Milsons Point Walf.  I spent some time walking around the waterfront offers stunning views of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

To walk the Bridge:

Starting Point: walk towards North Sydney and continue walk under the Bridge pass Bradfield Park which is located directly beneath the bridge. It's also where you can find the entrance to the pedestrian pathway (see photo where shows "Bridge Stairs) that takes you to the pedestrian access point for the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Pedestrian Pathway: The pedestrian walkway runs along the eastern side of the bridge, separated from the car lanes and railway tracks. The walkway is well-maintained and safe.

Distance and Duration: The total length of the walk across the bridge is approximately 1.5 kilometers (1 mile). It takes about 20 to 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, though you might want to allow more time to stop and enjoy the views.

Spectacular Views: As you walk, you’ll have incredible views of Sydney Harbour, the Sydney Opera House, and the city skyline. There are several viewpoints along the way where you can stop and take photos.

Ending Point:

The Rocks: Once you reach the southern end of the bridge, you'll arrive in The Rocks.
